Grade ll listed Mill One was the first mill built on the historic Eckersley site, dating back to 1884. We’re bringing it into the 21st century, transforming it into a hub for hospitality and work. We’ve worked with award-winning architects, interior designers and landscape architects to create sensational, modern spaces that celebrate the original, bold, industrial architecture. Ground Floor
The 22,000 sqft ground floor will be home to a huge new food hall with seven, independent, carefully curated food traders, seating for hundreds of customers, a coffee/ breakfast offering and a cocktail bar. We’ve also created an exciting space to host live entertainment and music. The ground floor will also contain an independent pub called The Three Mills selling locally sourced craft beer and great bar snacks; a great venue for enjoying sports with multiple big screens and space for darts. Ample space outside on a raised terrace for alfresco drinks will make this a versatile venue that will appeal to a large range of customers. The food hall and pub will be surrounded by communal, landscaped spaces for dining, relaxing and entertainment. Think paved plazas, film showings on casual outdoor seating, in a naturalistic setting to catch up with friends and family.
First and Second Floors
38,000 sqft of Grade A office space that will benefit from superfast broadband, comprehensive facilities management and access to a range of fantastic on-site amenities, including a nursery, doggy daycare, dining choices, retail spaces and a gym.
